Synopsis: Well, it has been a few days since Heather was made all better. Now, she wants some revenge, especially for what the Visitors have done Lately...

FREEDOM NETWORK REPORTS
Good Evening, this is Howard K. Smith, and this is the State of the war tonight. For the past few weeks, we have been unable to report, due to constant Visitor Strikes on our Transmitters.
We will bring you up to date on all the happenings in the fight with the Visitors.
Atlanta is once again a free City, with no trace of Visitor Activity in the area.
The Atlanta Mothership was captured in a daring raid by members of the Los Angeles Resistance. In what is the LONGEST range Raid in the History of Man, the LA Resistance flew out to Pluto, and captured the Atlanta Mothership. They turned it over to President Morrow, in trade for Military Assistance in their Raids, and Equipment. The Mothership is right now, being studied in an undisclosed location.
Weather patterns over California had gone a little haywire, dumping over 3 feet of rain in a mere 5 days. However, the LA Resistance also was able to discover that Diana had set up a 'rainmaking' ship over the Pacific, near San Diego, and they destroyed it.
Moving away from the United States, Israeli Resistance forces have liberated the Holy City of Nazareth. Combined with Palestinian forces, the Church of the Navity, which had been Visitor Headquarters in the city, was liberated, and the Visitor forces limped home to Tel Aviv.
In Southern Italy, Vatican City was razed to the Ground by Visitor forces, when the Pope refused to surrender. The Pope was killed, and so was a majority of the Catholic Churches leadership. The highest ranking official of the church, still alive, Cardinal Edward Palazzo of New York, has taken temporary control of the Church.

Heather and Elizabeth are in their Room, Heather brushing her hair, and playing on the Computer, and Elizabeth, laying on the bed.
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "They killed the Pope? ...Sheesh, my dad is going to be livid and my mom crying. Suppose I should give them a call."
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Could be worse.. They could have converted the Holy Father..."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "I suppose so."

In Africa, the Sphinx was destroyed by Egyptian Resistance members, when they discovered a Conversion Chamber buried in it, by the Visitors. Many high ranking African and Middle Eastern Leaders were freed in the raid.
IN the old Russian Republic of Uzbekistan, the Capital City or Tashkent has been completely emptied of people by the Visitors. No one remains in the former Russian Republic, except a very few Visitors, and some Resistance fighters. That is 27 Million people dead or captured. We know that three Motherships arrived from Sirius on August 23, and left the area on August 30, and many feel that many Uzbekistanis were taken back to Sirius.
In the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, in Africa, that Country has also been completely emptied of people. Adding Five-Hundred Thousand people to the Visitor killed or Imprisoned number. They have also burned the newly discovered Oil Fields to ruin, and the Cocoa Farms have been wiped out to. Chocolate Production is expected to be down after this.
Turning back to US News, in the City of El Paso, Texas, a Combined American and Mexican Army raid stopped the Visitors from employing a new weapon. The weapon is believed to completely disintegrate whatever it hits, but the combined Army Raid destroyed it, before it could be tested.
In Killeen Texas, at Fort Hood, a Visitor raid wiped the base out, and all the Depleted Uranium Tank Shells were taken. This odd move has experts baffled.
We have our first Freedom Network Medal of Valor two time winner. Just a week ago, Colonel Heather O'Leary was captured and converted by the Visitors. While still converted, it is known she allowed herself to be captured, to prevent the Entire Los Angeles Resistance Network from being captured. This includes Michael Donovan, Ham Tyler and the Starchild, Elizabeth Maxwell. Elizabeth Maxwell, Ham Tyler and Michael Donovan were also all awarded the Medal of Valor for leading a Raid on a Visitor Prison Camp in Central California near the town of Ojai. 500 People were freed form Visitor Captivity, including the former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, Former Mayor of Los Angeles James K. Hahn, and Well Known Actor Tom Cruise.

Elizabeth Maxwell sits on the bed quietly, settled onto a pillow, and randomly flipping through stations to see what's on.
Heather O'Leary is sitting at the computer, headphones on, listening to the latest Freedom Network report. She shakes her head, and says, "Liz... Find Freedom network... Some BAD News..."
Elizabeth Maxwell flips over to it, blinking. "hmm?"
Heather O'Leary says "Wait for the part about Uzbekistan, and Equatorial Guinea..."
Elizabeth Maxwell nods a little bit, settling into the bed a little bit and waiting.
Heather O'Leary is still listening to the report on the internet, and she smirks slightly as she hears the latest Medal of Valor winners. On the Television, Howard K. Smith starts talking about Uzbekistan.
Elizabeth Maxwell closes her eyes slowly, and slumps on the bed a little bit, sighing.
Howard K. Smith goes on to Equatorial Guinea, than the Texas Raids, and finally, the Freedom Network Medal of Valor’s. Might make Elizabeth a little happier... Heather shrugs, and says softly, after the report finishes, "Could be worse I suppose..."
Elizabeth Maxwell sighs, and shakes her head. "I suppose so." She looks down at the bed then and mutters. "Anything on the plans for tonight? Sitting here doing nothing, and planning to go up north to shop, aren't actually getting anything done."
As soon as the Freedom Network goes off, the KDHB logo appears on the screen, and the Interview with Diana comes on.

Tonight, we have Diana, Supreme Commander of the Visitor Forces in Studio with an interview.
Barbara Walters: Diana? Please, what is this important announcement you wish to tell us?
Diana: Smiles her sweet smile I just wanted to make sure that everyone in Los Angles understood the reason we attack the Club Creole last week. And how we got the Knowledge we did to get it.
Barbara Walters: Oh? Well, Please... Do Tell.
Diana: We were informed by a former Resistance Member, Dr. Juliet Parrish, of Science Frontiers, where and when the Los Angeles Resistance was going to have a meeting, where we could capture them, and put an end to the senseless violence in Los Angeles and the surrounding area. We went there, with Mr. Bates' full permission on cooperation. However, the Resistance was in no mood to surrender, although, one of their top Leaders did. She is now, considered a Friend of the Visitors, Colonel O'Leary...
Barbara Walters: Looks surprised But what happened to cause the explosion?
Diana: Well, unfortunately, the rest of the Resistance refused to surrender, so we were forced to engage in a Fight. During the fight, a Resistance Weapons Cache exploded from one of their grenades going off. We believe a majority of the Resistance was killed.
Barbara Walters: Nathan Bates later denounced the raid, pointing to the Loss of Life. You are saying that you had his permission and cooperation... doesn't this set conflicting tones?
Diana: Of course it does... However, Nathan has a City to think of, and having people blow up buildings in the City is not good for him, now is it?
Barbara Walters: I suppose not. Can you tell us why Colonel O'Leary is now considered a Friend of the Visitors? Wasn't she a high ranking Resistance Leader?
Diana: Heather has been shown the errors of her ways. She now understands what we Visitors stand for. She realizes she was wrong to fight us. She is, even now, giving us information that will help us. She has also agreed to be the mother of the Next Starchild.
Diana Smiles to the Camera one more time, before the screen fades
Live Action:
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "I hope no one believes Diana.... I... I'm not doing anything she says..."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "I believe upper command. They say you're fine, you're fine. I would say I believe what I know... But well, still learning the ropes."
Heather O'Leary says softly, after the newest report... "Tonight, I am going to blow that fucking Consulate Sky High.... That is the mission for tonight, as far as I am concerned..."
<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "Anyone who believes -anything- Diana has to say about you, Heather, will have to answer to me first."
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Well, I'll prove my loyalty... How about I get the Visitors to empty the Consulate of its Security Detail, and we rescue all the Prisoners there, and blow that place to High Hell? Sounds like a good way to announce to Diana that I am... Shall we say, not her toy any longer."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers coughs. "...Sounds rather over the top. But well, over the top is what you guys seem to excel in around here."
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Heather, if you can get the Consulate Security forces whittled down, I'd say we could all enjoy a good Lizard Bake... Gooder, what do you think?"
Elizabeth Maxwell nods a little bit and stretches out. "Suppose we'd better get ready then."
<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "It's the only good plan anyone's -had- about striking at the Consulate. Unless someone can come up with a better one in the next ten seconds, I say we go for it."
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "O'Leary, do your thing... I'll go into the City and watch the Consulate for departing Skyfighters..."
Heather O'Leary nods slightly, and goes looking for her 'night raid' clothes.
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers sighs. "Ten seconds... No can do. If I can help.... Here as always."
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Ryan, I expect that you can help... Once the Visitors have left the Consulate, we'll meet a few miles away... Hollywood and Vine... There is a Starbucks run by a Resistance Member... We can meet there..."
Elizabeth Maxwell walks over to the closet and digs out her own night raiding clothes as well, tossing them onto the bed and starting to get her other clothes off.
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "Should I be dressed for fighting, or 'mingling'. Need to know if I need to bring a face mask or not. I'll be there either way."
<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "I'd say come dressed to shoot something."
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Come Dressed to Kill."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "Right... Black it is. And I am always dressed to kill. Just a different sort in matters like this."
Heather O'Leary quickly strips, than gets all ready to fight. After she is dressed, she begins to braid her hair, so she can wrap it up under her hat. She sighs, "Many more of these, and I might cut a foot of hair off.... Let it fall in the middle of my back, and be easier for these raids."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "You think the fighting will take place mostly inside or outside? Will affect the main gun I take in."
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Most likely, there will be two guards at the gate, and a few more by the prisoners. Mostly Inside, I'd wager."
Elizabeth Maxwell slips her own clothes on, pulling her hair up into a ponytail at the very top, to hide it underneath the stocking cap. "Your hair is so pretty though..." She smiles. "Even if it does require more shampoo than 3 other people's."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers can be heard slapping a lever, a round audibly loading with a click. "Right... I'll take the stuff concealed in a bag and change at the Starbucks then. Get a coffee too while I am at it. Anything else?"
Heather O'Leary chuckles softly, and speaks into her radio, and after that, she wraps her hair into a bun under her stocking cap, and smiles, "I know Love..."
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Order me a Frapaccino?"
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "What size and flavor?"
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "The biggest they have, and surprise me on the flavor."
Elizabeth Maxwell laughs and hugs tightly, rolling her eyes. "silly Heather." she slips her hands up under your clothes and tickles a little bit.
Heather O'Leary pulls Liz close, and kisses her deeply. "Be safe, OK?" With that, she heads to the armory, to load up on her weapons.
Elizabeth Maxwell kisses happily and follows. "Always."
<ResRadio> Ryan Rivers says, "Right."
Heather and Elizabeth move to the Front Yard, after loading up in the Armory.

Heather climbs into her truck, patting it briefly, smiling. She drives it out of the older barn, and pulls up by Liz and Donovan.
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Mike, Liz? Want a ride?"
<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Always..."
Elizabeth Maxwell hops into the truck, quickly.
<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "Sounds like a plan to me."

Travel to Hollywood and Vine.
(Heather O'Leary) - Ford F-350 Dually 4X4 pulls up to the Starbucks, and stops.
Heather O'Leary turns to Liz and Mike, "I have to use a payphone... You guys go in, I'll be right there."
Ham Tyler is watching the Consulate carefully, hoping to see departing Skyfighters.
<ResRadio> Pyotr Zagadka says, "Och, Sorry I'm late, comrades. Traffic woz murder, da."
Heather O'Leary moves over to a Payphone, and dials a number. She waits for the phone on the other end to be picked up.
Michael Donovan leaves Heather's truck quietly, making a beeline towards the coffee chain rendezvous.
Elizabeth Maxwell hops out and walks behind Mike, for the Starbucks.
Kita (On Phone) Consulate here.
Heather (on Phone) Hi... This is Heather... The Resistance left for the raid in San Francisco 30 minutes ago. They should be in position and ready to attack within the hour.... I know you can beat them there, if you hurry.
Heather O'Leary speaks softly into the Phone...
Kita (On Phone) Ah, dear Heather. Thank you very much... I will send forces out to deal with the matter. Do make sure you come back here soon, honey. I'd love to see you again in person. *in the background* Prepare forces and launch, the attack is within the hour. *back to the microphone* Anything else I should know?"
Heather (On Phone) Only that Diana has blown my cover... I saw the report after they left... I likely won't be able to give you any good information any longer, if they think I am a spy... Shit... Here comes one of the others they left behind... *click*
Heather O'Leary hangs up the phone, and moves to the Starbucks. Should see some Skyfighters leaving shortly.
Pyotr Zagadka takes the long way around the cafe, stopping by the counter to order himself a tall iced mocha. The Russian looks like a cross between an evil immortal from highlander and a KGB spy. All that nice black and the cool ground length oilskin overcoat... He grabs his beverages and idly makes his way towards Ryan to sit down an the table NEXT to him, and lean back, sipping his drink absently.
Heather O'Leary glances around, moving over towards Ryan, to get her requested drink. She sits down next to him, and to make it look like they had a date or something, she smiles and touches his shoulder briefly. Sure, it might not be the best thing, but if there are Visitor Spies here, it would make things look better. No sense warning the Snakes. She sighs softly, and asks, "You ready?"
Elizabeth Maxwell slips into the shop, looking around very quietly at all of it. She walks towards the counter, glancing up at the menu and smiling at the one at the counter, getting a small mocha latte, before slipping to the group.
Ryan Rivers just continues to sit in the chair in his MISSION OF JUSTICE clothing. His guns and sword are absent though, placed in the gym bag along with his face covering. Everything is either in the bag or zipped up. The jumpsuit might alter people, but well, he is seated in a corner to avoid attention. His order is coming up though... The policeman apparently having put in an order for a Venti Chocolate Brownie frap as well as a Chocolate Mint one. Smiling faintly at the shoulder touch, he nods. "Ready as I'll ever be, I suppose," Ryan says, never really finding any of the dangerous missions something he can prepare for.
Pyotr Zagadka just leans back in his chair, kicking his boots up on his small table as if he is here every single day, and slurps quietly at his triple shot iced mocha. mmmm.. He can feel the caffeine burning through his veins.
Michael Donovan frowns as he looks the menu up and down, a disappointed look on his face. "I don't suppose they have normal, regular, everyday coffee in this place?" he mumbles casually to no one in particular. "I don't really like mine more complicated than 'cream, two sugars'."
Heather O'Leary nods slightly, "I think I know how you feel. These Blind Dates get me too..." Sure, Blind Date. That is what this mission is... Going in Blind, with only a little hope that the forces against you have been whittled down.
Elizabeth Maxwell glances down at her drink, and drinks it as quickly as she can, watching around at the others.
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "We have Activity on the Consulate Roof. Looks like three full squads are boarding a Squad Ship... Make that 6 Squads. Maybe more. They bought it...""
Ryan Rivers chuckles faintly at Heather's comment. She's worried about it. THAT'S reassuring. Still, he figures he is stuck here to the end. Right thing to do and both the earthy and heavenly father approve... The strong chance of dying makes it rather equal. As his drink order get called out, he blinks. "Um, people either need to move or someone needs to get me my Chocolate Mint. I am not going out there till I at least had one sip of it. Looks like that is our cue though."
Heather O'Leary chuckles and moves to get the order, "Which was mine?" She calls out over her shoulder, than starts to bring the Fraps back to the table.
Pyotr Zagadka doesn't care about dying at the moment.. he just cares about chugging his iced mocha as quickly as possible without looks conspicuous... A long long draught off the glass empties the remains and, licking his upper lip, the Russian stands and walks casually towards counter, nodding to Heather as he passes.
Michael Donovan approaches the counter to confront the poor fellow working the register. "What do you have that tastes the most like coffee and the least like an ice cream flavor?" he asks helplessly, not a gourmet on the subject by any means.
Heather O'Leary leans over to Mike, "They have an Original Coffee Flavor, if you ask nicely. At least, that is the rumor...." She than continues on towards the table Ryan is at. She figures he is the one that needs the most guidance, plus he ordered her frap, least he can do is sit with him before they go to... not die, hopefully.
Elizabeth Maxwell laughs at Mike and Heather, shaking her head a little and finishing hers. "They'd lose business if they didn't, I suppose. Not everyone wants to order something ridiculous to make them think they look sophisticated."
Pyotr Zagadka doffs his cup in the garbage pod thing and turns back towards the tables, smirking at the groups coffee critiquing moment.
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Allright... There they go. Counted 8 Squads. That makes 80 Visitor Shock Troopers... They still have at least 2 somewhere. Some *will* be at the Consulate. We'll make sure those Squad Ships get far enough away before we go in. 10 Minutes folks. I'll signal the attack by taking the Communications Tower out on the top of the building with an RPG-18."
Ryan Rivers shrugs to Heather. "Doesn't matter to me... As long as it is cold and chocolately, I don't mind if it's Mint or Brownie," he replies, his hand out to take whichever one is offered to him. He just offers a weak smile to Heather, waiting for the mission to get started considering Ham gave the get-go the Visitors have left.
Elizabeth Maxwell walks her cup over to the trash, then walks back over next to Heather, looking around a little.
Heather O'Leary hands the Chocolate Mint one to Ryan, not really knowing which is which. She takes a long drink of hers and than sets it down. She sighs, and glances around, than smiles at Ryan, "See you outside. My Truck is right outside. All the party Favors are inside....." She looks at Mike and smiles. As she heads to the door, she starts whistling the theme song to Rocky. Yup, standard Heather Pre-Mission antics.
<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "I brought a couple bricks of C-4, and some of that special Explosive Faber had. Should make a nice bang."
<ResRadio> Pyotr Zagadka says, "I have detonators, if you like.. your choice, remote or timed."
Heather O'Leary slips to her truck, and pulls out her bag. She straps a Laser Pistol to her left leg, and her Glock to her right. Into her boot, she sticks a Combat Knife. Over her left shoulder she slings a scabbarded Katana, and over her right, an M-16. In her hands she holds an H&K MP-5, with a Silencer attached. Yup, she's Ramboette.
Michael Donovan moves over to the truck as well, though his arsenal is a great deal more conservative than Heather's. He grabs his laser pistol from the vehicle, and hangs it from his hip. Also, ever present (albeit concealed) is a more conventional handgun in his shoulder holster.
Ryan Rivers brought his own toys, able to get away with odd looking gym bags thanks to the badge. While he is not as hard core as Heather, he has his sword, MP-5 and a Glock as well.And the sword. But well, three weapons isn't too bad, right?
Elizabeth Maxwell straps a laser rifle onto her back, and shoves one of the pistols into her jacket, putting her own Glock on her belt, along with the one of the smaller pistol type Uzis. She puts her stocking cap on as well, after that, to hide her far too blonde hair.
Pyotr Zagadka is standing behind the truck now as well, pulling back the oilskin that makes up the ground sweeping part of his black oilskin overcoat to reveal pistols strapped to the small of his back, one human one laser, his Taser in a pocket. He grabs his duffle from the back of his truck and slips his m16 into the special holster beneath the back folds of oilskin. He reaches behind him under the coat and checks to make sure his machete is in place along his spine... Then readjusts his black under vest so its comfortable.
A Streak of fire gives away Tyler's Position. An Explosion on the roof of the Consulate can be seen, and a Communications tower falls to the ground in a shower of sparks. Comms are down.
<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "GO! Comms are down. I'll be there shortly. Two Guards at the Gate."
Heather O'Leary rushes the gate, her H&K MP-5 sending it's silent death into the Visitor on the right side of the gate. She triggers off the full clip. A Smile is on her face, revenge time.

Elizabeth Maxwell pulls the Uzi and clips its silencer on, on her approach. As she gets to the gate, she opens up on the guard to the left, holding her own trigger down as well.

Michael Donovan draws his regular pistol from his holster and twists on its suppressor, figuring the time for noise and pyrotechnics will come in short order. Taking careful aim, he fires a shot at one of the guards.

Pyotr Zagadka's beret was actually his scrunched up face mask, which he has pulled down.. He is coming in quickly and close to the ground, almost in a crabwalk.. His M-16 is 'notched' at his shoulder and he smiles grimly as he squeezes off a burst one of the guards.

Ryan Rivers doesn't have a silencer on his guns, so he just lets the others do their shooting for the time being, not even unslinging his assault rifle as he pulls the mask over his face. Everyone else will be shooting so he figured he can wait a little... Sides, since he is using the same gun as Heather, he can hand her a clip of his if she goes a little overboard on the shooting.
Visitor Shock Trooper #575 is rocked by Multiple rounds but is still able to bring his rifle up to fire at the Resistance attack.

Heather O'Leary is nailed by the Laser Rifle blast, and her MP-5 goes flying. She lets out a yelp, and can't stop her charge, so instead, she draws her Katana, time to blood it. She swings it at the Visitor she was charging.

Elizabeth Maxwell sighs as the rifles are fired, shaking her head and pulling the one from her back, sighting in the one who she was firing upon before. "hopefully they'll think its one of their own returning fire, or I wouldn't do this."

Michael Donovan takes aim at the hostiles again with his pistol, even though the need to be stealthy about it seems to have diminished somewhat.

Pyotr Zagadka curses quietly as the Visitor smacks heather with the laser and since it was the one he was already shooting at presses forward, sidestepping to get a better shot.. And when that shot presents itself he again squeezes off a quick burst....

Ryan Rivers blinks as Heather gets hit, weaving to the side as a blast narrowly misses him. "Heather you should...." Seeing her draw her sword makes him draw his though. "Fools rush in..." he replies as he decides to give the assist, racing behind his fellow Resistance member to deal out a stab soon after Heather does her cut.

Ryan Rivers weaves out of the way of the spray... Which really makes his day. (Hey that rhymed!) Looking the few drops at his shoulder, the resistance fighter just turns back toward the Visitor. "Say it, don't spray it!" he growls as he tries to pull his sword back to cut, putting his sword away after Liz shoots. Though he doesn't look too happy... Since a miss might have actually hit HIM. Sighing, Ryan says nothing on it, just pulling out his MP-5 since he figures that there is only so long before the remaining Visitors get the idea that people are attacking.
Heather O'Leary wipes her Katana on the Visitor's Uniform, cleaning it of the green blood. She returns it to the scabbard, and says softly, "I bet Kita is still here... She is mine. I had to let her touch me...." She looks at Ham, "I'll take Elizabeth, and clear the upstairs, before planting some explosives... I know the layout a bit up there... Why don't you and the others take the basement?"
Elizabeth Maxwell straps the rifle back onto her back when the trooper falls, slipping to Heather, slipping an arm around her. "You all right?"
Pyotr Zagadka restrains a "Whoot" as one lizard is turned into Visitor Lasagna. And the other goes down. He grins from behind his mask and quickly switches clips, refreshing his weapon. He walks through the mess, looking for something... "Surely they hev communications device.." he murmurs.
Ham Tyler nods slightly, dropping the RPG Launcher, "Sounds good.... But take Ryan with you. You three clear the top, Gooder and Pyotr will go down stairs with me. Clear the Shock Troopers, plant the explosives, and we will make sure everyone is out before we detonate them..." He pauses, noticing the wound on Heather's arm, he shakes his head slightly. "Pyotr, we took their communications out. All they have left is enough for internal Radios. Unless they can get something boosted to the Mothership... but for now, we have to hurry. O'Leary, go."
Heather O'Leary nods, "I'm OK...." She motions to Ryan and Liz, getting her M-16 up and ready to get Kita. She rips her hat off, and undoes her hair, letting it flow. "Just so the little bitch knows who I am..."

Kita glares up, rifle in hand, as the people begin to enter the consulate. "Halt, intruders!"
Heather O'Leary comes through the door of the Consulate, and what do her wondering eyes see? It's a Midget in a red Uniform. "KITA!" she yells, "You stupid bitch!" She runs forward to kill the little thing.
Kita sees the large redhead rushing at her, glaring up at Heather and puling her rifle barrel up, finger twitching on the trigger. "Ah, so not as converted as we thought, hmm? Stupid creature...They should have guarded you better, then you really might have been ours."

Shouldering his gun as he nods, he just makes his way toward the downed guards, searching them for keys or the like to free the prisoners. "Give me just a second... Making sure there aren't keys or anything we need."

Heather O'Leary collapses after she shoots. She doesn't even know if the Squad Ship went down. She has no clue what is going on, as the back of her legs took shrapnel from her precious truck.
Ryan Rivers just winces as the ship crashes... But it only interrupts him for a short time. He is tired, hurting in a lot of pain, but Ham needs attention much more than he does about now. "Now remember, you aren't allowed to die... It's just the way it works," he offers weakly.

Michael Donovan frowns as he holds his side, apparently still a bit tender at the moment. He hobbles towards Ryan and the fallen Ham. "He's too much of a stubborn bastard to let something like a strafing run from a heavily armed spacecraft do him in," he assures Ryan, even though a part of him is fervently hoping that Tyler isn't going to make a liar out of him.
Ham Tyler is out cold, blasted pretty bad, but not killed. Tough SOB is too tough to just die. He might sleep for a few days, but eventually....

(Angelica) - Visitor Squad Ship #189 flies down from the LA nighttime skies, headed for where the Resistance is, at top speed. Its landing gear drops down quickly as it approaches, and touches itself down right beyond where the people are laying, the door opening even as it does.
Ryan Rivers just ignores the two people talking for the most part, though the smirk toward Donovan's words could let them know that he is listening on some level. While the field kit he has is rather small, it is enough to at least get the ground work done and stabilize Ham. At least he hopes so. Looking toward Pyotr, he says, "Put your hand here here... Hold the bandage under it..I would... But I really can't feel this arm... Even though I can move it somewhat still," he offers weakly. "We do need to get out of here... Only a matter of time before the police come along with more people."

Michael Donovan gives the doctor room to work. The fact that he keeps moving away after getting that respectable distance away suggests that he's in no hurry to have his own wounds dealt with.
Angelica hurries out of the shuttle, towards Heather, seeing her condition, and pulling out bandages. "Damn..." She kneels down to her, starting to work. "I'll take care of it. don't worry." She starts swabbing blood off with one bandage, checking for the shrapnel quickly, in case it needs to be removed. She doesn't want it digging into her patient any further by getting shifted, that could cause more bleeding. She starts searching for it to pull out, putting a shot of local anesthetic into each of Heather's legs, then starting to do it gently.

Part of him wishes that he had his police uniform here... to change and say that he was on the site. But he will likely just make a report of being here and say how he tried, and failed, in stopping the Resistance from attacking the Consulate. Holding his field kit, Ryan just looks toward Mike and Pyotr. "Right... Which one of you two needs to be looked at real quick?" He figures both will ask to wait until later to get looked at, but at least he should ask.
Angelica nods a little at Heather, as well. "Yes, blast the consulate. We can go as soon as you and Ham are patched up properly..."

One of the Prisoners, someone who appears to be strong, is that Mike Piazza? The Baseball Player? Comes over to Angel and says, "Let me help... I can get her, you guys are hurt."

Pyotr Zagadka keeps his shoulder covered with his facemask. He doesn’t NEED medical attention. LOOK.. That nice man they rescued is helping. He looks at the other two prisoners and growls. "COME ON, you /Veeblyadok/ he cries at them and ushers them towards the shuttle.

Angelica gets into the shuttle then, hurrying behind heather.

Elizabeth Maxwell takes the ship off quickly, aiming it back for the ranch, in a quick escape route. She pushes the engines to full power, flying it northeastward at best speed.
Heather O'Leary waits until the Squad Ship lifts off. She is holding the Detonator close to her body, "Say good night you fuck faces." She presses the button. In the distance a HUGE Explosion goes off. "The Consulate is toast...." As if that was all that was keeping her awake, she passes out, the detonator falls from her limp fingers.
Angelica sighs, and checks Heather again, to make sure about her other injuries. She notices the laser blast as well, and gets some of the cream, trying to put it on. "Oh dear..."
Pyotr Zagadka fell backwards when the ship accelerated since he wasn't holding onto something and lands on his ass. "/Chyort!/" he swears and pulls himself up.
Heather O'Leary is scooped up by the Ballplayer, and taken to the Infirmary. Nice of the guy. Who says star status goes to ones head?
Elizabeth Maxwell pulls the ship into the barn quickly, landing it and powering it down, opening the hatch again. "Okay, we're down..."
