Title: Assault on the Mothership

Players: Michael Donovan, Juliet Parrish, Ham Tyler, Elizabeth Maxwell, Martin Grace, Jason Briggs, and Heather O'Leary

Location: Maxwell Ranch, Skyfighter, Squadship, and Visitor Mothership: Atlanta

Synopsis: The Raid to end all Raids is about to commence… Time to capture a mothership!

LOG BEGINS

Martin Grace is sitting on the couch, leafing through what appears to be a huge stack of junk mail, magazines, and assorted

other pieces of correspondence.

Elizabeth Maxwell pokes her head through the door from the foyer, looking around quickly.

Martin Grace looks up. "Something wrong?"

Elizabeth Maxwell shakes her head slightly. "Not really, just checking around to see where everyone is. The only thing 'wrong' isn't entirely my problem to deal with."

Martin Grace says, "Well, I'm just going through the mail I accumulate at that mailbox drop in the city every so often. Mostly catalogs and a couple of magazines and lots of junk mail." A pause. "Since I've got no need for a Russian or Filipino mail-order bride right now, I suppose I'm free if there's something you need."

Elizabeth Maxwell laughs a little and shakes her head. "Well, I'm hoping you don't need one of those, anyway…" She smiles a little bit. "And… hmm. Mostly waiting to see if anything's going to happen tonight."

Martin Grace picks up a magazine that appears to be about helicopters. "Alright. Let me know."

Michael Donovan has connected.

Martin Grace is talking to Elizabeth, while poring through some mail. Most of his attention seems to be on a helicopter enthusiasts ' magazine.

Elizabeth Maxwell is mostly glancing over the mail, interestedly, to see what's in it. She casts occasional glances backward towards the hallway, however.

Heather O'Leary arrives from Foyer.

Heather O'Leary walks into the Living Room, carrying a bag that has all her weapons, well, all the ones that go boom, or zap. Strapped to her back is a Japanese curved sword, also known as a Katana. She looks like she is ready for a war, and why not, with what is planned.

Michael Donovan walks up casually and raps on the side of the doorway, as though it was the front door and not well inside of it . "Knock knock!" he says with his usual devil-may-care smirk.

Juliet Parrish arrives from Foyer.

Ham Tyler arrives from Foyer.

Juliet Parrish isn't quite so strapped down, though she has a sidearm strapped to each hip, and a rifle across her back, as she enters the room.

Martin Grace is armed with a deadly source of paper cuts, a magazine, as he sits on the couch, sorting through what looks to be a pile of accumulated personal mail.

Ham Tyler himself, has his Ak-47, both Uzi types, and a few other assorted weapons. He looks at Elizabeth, than at Donovan, who has just stepped through the door, "Good timing there Gooder…." To Elizabeth he asks, "So, you got your plans all worked out for tonight?"

Elizabeth Maxwell is, well, not really armed. But was coming in from outside anyway. "So, everyone loaded up and ready for the party?" She smiles to Ham. "I've put the coordinates into the computers already, we'll have to match it on manual flying, once we're close enough the ship will be visible. It's a long ways out to the edge of the system, but it's stopped."

Heather O'Leary leans over to Martin, "Didn't anyone mention to you about getting Lucille? We are slipping into the heart of the Leviathan tonight…."

Martin Grace says, "Uh … you know, I'm just the big dumb hired help who slings the pig iron. So, okay, I'll bite: What party ?"

Martin Grace says, "Oh. That party. No. Nobody."

Michael Donovan leans himself against the doorjamb, still smiling as though everyone getting "Rambo-ed Up" is a usual sight. That's probably because it is. "Wouldn't miss it."

Jason Briggs wakes up from the couch and slowly gets up to take his antibiotics

Martin Grace says, "Alright. I'll go grab Lucille." He sighs the sigh of the put-upon. Rises from the couch. "Should I presume I'm going to need a shotgun as backup, or just to make a fashion statement? Or will the big gun be enough?"

Heather O'Leary winks at Martin, "Well, Big guy, You are probably the least injured…. We might need your Baby up on the Mothership."

Jason Briggs opens his medicine and takes a pill out and swallows it Jason Briggs says, "Antibiotics always taste nasty."

Ham Tyler glances at Briggs, "How bad are you? We might need your Weapons Skills tonight… IF you can listen to orders, no matter what happens…"

Jason Briggs looks at the bandages to remind himself to follow orders and says, "I might be able to do ok Ham, but I will follow orders"

Jason Briggs says, "Just don't let the Doc find out about this"

"Too late," Juliet points out with a wry smirk in Briggs' direction as she moves over towards the newly arrived Donovan. "Bout time you showed back up." she offers up to him.

Ham Tyler nods, "We are all on injured Reserves, Briggs. All except Martin…" He shrugs, "If anyone feels the slightest bit woozy , now is the time to back out. 2 Million miles from home is a little far to go, and pass out…"

Jason Briggs says to Julie, "Damn, and caught in the act." Jason Briggs says, "Wait a sec, 2 million miles from home? What's going here?"

Juliet Parrish chuckles, shaking her head as she looks back to Ham. "I'm in fine shape, actually…I managed not to get my ass shot last night, thank you."

Heather O'Leary looks around, not seeing anyone in Visitor Uniforms, "It will feel odd to be up there, and not be in Uniform…" She takes a couple deep breaths, and than begins to slowly sharpen her Combat Knife." She looks at Julie, and chuckles , "Hey, I didn't get shot last night either… Mainly because no one let me come out and HELP…"

Jason Briggs says, "I got my ass shot last night protecting us, then Ham shot me in return"

Ham Tyler glances at Briggs, "We are going to capture a wounded Mothership." He shrugs, at Jason's statement, "I shot you, because I warned you not to shoot." He waits for Gooder to yell, upon hearing that.

Martin Grace says, "I seem to be the lucky one, which means, of course, that I'll get blown up tonight. No biggie. I'll go fetch Lucille and be back in two shakes."

Jason Briggs says, "Oh well, water over the bridge" Jason Briggs says, "Do I have a uniform?"

Michael Donovan looks around at all of the people assembled as hints and clues of things that transpired in his absence come to light. "Okay, I'm going to have to have a long talk with someone when we get back from this thing…"

Elizabeth Maxwell sighs a little. "The initial team taking the bridge may need uniforms so they don't lock it down. If it's locked down, it'll take a lot of extra time to get it back open, and deal with potential intruder control systems. And be careful about pushing buttons, once we get it taken…"

Jason Briggs says, "Just tell me where you want me at"

Ham Tyler glances over at Mike, "Yeah Gooder… We do need to talk. Polly is back, We captured the pint-sized Lizard… And those are the BEST things I can say…" He looks at Liz, "Can you open the door with your hocus pocus? Just in Case?"

Elizabeth Maxwell shakes her head. "No idea."

Martin Grace moves to the Foyer .

Juliet Parrish reaches out, brushing her hand against Donovan's for a moment as she nods to Ham's assessment. "We do need to talk …we found Jenny, so that' good news too." she adds as far as Ham's 'good' news goes. "But other than that, well…yeah, we need to talk."

Heather O'Leary glances at Jason, "Stick with Me and Elizabeth…. We'll make sure you get where you need to go." She imagines it will be her, Liz, Jason and Martin, while the other 3 work their Resistance Hero Magic on a bunch of Visitors. "Hope someone remembered the Gas Masks. There are 10 in the Squad Ship, and 5 in Each Skyfighter… If we put out as Much Dust as I loaded into the Squad Ship's Tanks… We'll all be either barren, using our new third eyes, or Dead within a few hours …" Now, ain't that a pretty picture?

Jason Briggs says, "Ok" Jason Briggs asks, "What kind of new dust?"

Elizabeth Maxwell glances around. "Once we have everything under our control, one of the first things I'll be doing is trying to re-enable the atmospheric filtration systems, to get the dust out of the air."

Ham Tyler says simply, "It Ain't new. We have White Christmas to thank for it, By the way. Forsythe and Stewart got us about a ton of the stuff… So either Gooder or Banshee is flying the Squad Ship.. they have the most experience in the things."

Juliet Parrish sighs quietly, nodding over towards the others as the plan is laid out. "You tell me where you want me, and how many lizards you want dead, and I'm there."

Michael Donovan looks over at Heather. "You're better in a dogfight if it comes to that," he tells her. "I'll take the Squad Ship."

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, "All right… I hope it doesn't come to a Dog Fight… I'm a Jet Jockey, not an astronaut…."

Elizabeth Maxwell laughs a little at Heather. "It's probably not that different. Just more space to maneuver in."

Jason Briggs looks at everyone and says, "I will stick with Heather and Liz" Jason Briggs looks at Heather and asks, "where are the Uniforms at?"

Ham Tyler glances at Gooder, "I think… O'Leary, Elizabeth and Briggs in the Skyfighter than… The rest of the team on the Squad Ship. The Squad Ship goes in first. Gooder, your team to start offloading the dust into the Ventilation System. Grace, myself , and Julie's team will head for the Control Center. Elizabeth, Briggs and O'Leary, will head for Engineering, and prevent them from shutting everything down from there…" He looks thoughtful, "Actually Gooder, assign someone the job of the Dust, and come with those of us assaulting the Command Center."

Heather O'Leary leans over to Jason, "In the stairway leading to the Training Room from the Kitchen. Bring back… 20… Make sure 4 have at least 2 stripes…. Good thing they are one size fits all…"

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over at Heather and laughs a little bit. "Except for odd cases like the one downstairs."

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "Ok. Anyone wearing a Shock trooper Uniform?"

Heather O'Leary shakes her head, "I have a three stripe Security Officer one out in the Skyfighter…"

Jason Briggs says, "Ok" Jason Briggs turns around and heads towards the basement to bring back the Uniforms

Jason Briggs moves to the Dining Room .

Elizabeth Maxwell glances around waiting for Briggs to come back.

Martin Grace arrives from Foyer.

Ham Tyler realizes Martin wasn't here and chuckles softly, "Grace, you think you can handle covering the Doc's, Gooder's, and my back? You are joining us on the raid on the Command Center… Mind you, once we get there, we have to switch to less… damaging weapons, so we don't damage the equipment."

Martin Grace says, "You realize that if I'm carrying Lucille" — the big M60 now in his hands — "and a shotgun for backup, you can kiss speed or stealth on my part goodbye."

Jason Briggs arrives from Dining Room.

Heather O'Leary shrugs, "By that time, you'll likely have to blow the door anyway… Or use the Vents… The Dust should have most of the Visitors twitching before you actually get to the command center, unless they seal it off…"

Juliet Parrish grins slightly, reaching over to elbow Donovan gently before muttering softly to him as she eyes the rest of the group.

Jason Briggs walks back in the room carrying the Visitor uniforms heather asked for along with ones with 4 officer uniforms

Michael Donovan shrugs at Martin, "Given that we're dealing with a much smaller crew compliment than on a typical Mothership, I think we can afford to be a little less subtle once people start opening fire."

Elizabeth Maxwell glances around a little., especially to the returning Briggs. "I'll be using one of the tech uniforms, especially if I have to go to Engineering. Just remember, we have a limited number of voice changers, anyone without one is to NOT TALK." She glances around. "They were able to seal off the bridge before the dust got there, before."

Jason Briggs lays the uniforms on the couch along with the visitor caps

Ham Tyler nods slightly, "That is why you, O'Leary and Briggs are heading to Engineering. You can over ride the Command Center from there…"

Jason Briggs says, "Just tell me what uniform you want me in"

Ham Tyler counts, "We have enough Changers for Elizabeth, myself, Gooder, and the Doc…. I know Heather keeps one in each Sky Fighter and Squad Ship… so there would be two more this trip… Well, one, since O'Leary will need hers to speak to the Mothership…" He shrugs slightly, "Briggs, just use one of those No Stripe Security Uniforms. The stripes are for Gooder, Parrish, Martin and myself…. And Elizabeth…"

Heather O'Leary stands up, "I'm going to change in the Skyfighter, and get everything stowed."

Heather O'Leary moves to the Foyer .

Jason Briggs says to ham Tyler, "Ok"

Jason Briggs goes and gets his uniform on Jason Briggs moves to the Dining Room .

Elizabeth Maxwell starts pulling her own uniform on above her clothes, right where she is, with a soft sigh.

Jason Briggs arrives from Dining Room.

Jason Briggs walks back into the room all dressed up in his Visitor security uniform

Martin Grace moves to the Foyer .

Jason Briggs says, "Damn, these things get hot"

Martin Grace arrives from Foyer.

Ham Tyler moves to the Foyer .

You go to Foyer.

You go to Maxwell Ranch Front Yard.

You go to New Barn.

<Onward into the Skyfighter>

Heather O'Leary takes control of Visitor Skyfighter #555.

Jason Briggs enters the Skyfighter

Elizabeth Maxwell straps in next to Heather, and checks her uniform, and the weapons she brought aboard earlier. And for the voice boxes. "Good enough… ready for a long trip?"

Jason Briggs says to Elizabeth, I am ready

Jason Briggs checks his Glock 20 and makes sure he has enough ammo since he can't use a Laser yet, and slides it inside of his uniform

Heather O'Leary sits behind the main controls, and takes a couple deep breaths, "All right, everyone strap in…. This could be … odd."

Jason Briggs fastens his safety belt

jump to the Squad Ship

Michael Donovan takes control of Visitor Squad Ship #567.

Juliet Parrish settles down next to Ham, ready for the flight, and she leans over to speak with him quietly.' Juliet Parrish whispers: I don't know if telling him now, or later, would be better…now, he'll likely have more anger to take out on them, later…he won't be distracted.

Michael Donovan, clad in his snazzy red outfit, slides into the pilot's seat and commences to do the usual bit of running this particular bird through its pre-flight checks.

Ham Tyler nods to Julie, "After… definitely after." He looks at Donovan, "Well Gooder?" He himself is in his nice and red outfit .

Juliet Parrish nods slightly, smiling just a little tightly as she crosses one leg over the other, sharp looking in her own uniform . "You know…you'd think they realize this color just makes them look like a giant target…"

Michael Donovan flicks a series of switches one after the other, "Everything looks all green so far." That said, the Squad Vehicle begins to thrum to life.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "We're heading out, Donovan… Meet you in the sky…."

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "See ya there. Clear skies, Heather."

Michael Donovan is focused more on keeping the craft steady than on the actual sightseeing aspect of the trip. "Hang onto your lunches, kids," he announces as the ship tears free of the final vestiges of atmosphere around it.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Moving to Maximum Speed, according to the indicator, 97% of Light Speed. Yours should be the same."

Back to the Skyfighter

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "We're heading out, Donovan… Meet you in the sky…."

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "See ya there. Clear skies, Heather."

<Onward towards Earth Orbit>

Heather O'Leary frowns as the skyfighter's controls start to be a little less touchy.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Mike, watch out, once you hit the atmosphere, the controls start to get mushy."

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "Outer space, now I am an astronaut"

<ResRadio> Jason Briggs says, "good luck everyone"

Heather O'Leary glances to Jason, "Not quite yet… We are just leaving the Earth's atmosphere…." She sighs softly

<Onward and upward, out of Earth Orbit!>

Elizabeth Maxwell hugs Heather a little. "don't worry about it…"

Visitor Squad Ship #567 arrives from Earth Atmosphere.

Jason Briggs will remain silent when we reach the Mothership

Heather O'Leary shrugs slightly, "I'm not worried…." She speaks softly to the radio.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Moving to Maximum Speed, according to the indicator, 97% of Light Speed. Yours should be the same."

Visitor Skyfighter #555 starts racing forward, rather quickly.

Visitor Squad Ship #567 follows close behind, lagging only a little due to the larger nature and slower propulsion of the craft .

Jason Briggs asks Heather, "Where exactly is the Mothership at?"

Heather O'Leary lets out a soft whoop as she feels the speed, if only in her own mind. "I could get used to this." Behind them , the earth fades quickly. "Look at that…." She points to the Moon, which is now larger than the Earth.

Jason Briggs looks out the back window and says, "WOW. We are far away"

Heather O'Leary glances at Jason, "Out by Neptune, or Pluto…" She points to the beeping light on the Sensor system, "That flashing light is our target. As long as we keep it within those two lines, we're heading the right way."

Jason Briggs says, "Ok"

Elizabeth Maxwell shivers a little at the view. "We'll be a lot further out before we get there. If the indicators are right, it might be beyond Pluto even, stopped near the Oort cloud."

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Hey Mike… Don't you wish things were this fast back on Earth… And look at that view of the Moon… She's bigger than Earth now…"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Banshee… Shut up…. *said through clenched teeth*"

Heather O'Leary chuckles, "Poor Tyler…"

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan chuckles softly, "I think I can see my house from here."

Elizabeth Maxwell laughs and shakes her head. "Bet he never dreamed he'd be doing this."

<ResRadio> Jason Briggs says, "Come on Ham, you always wanted to fly the friendly spaces"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Briggs, if you aren't careful, you'll find yourself floating home…."

Visitor Skyfighter #555 rolls. Seems it's pilot is testing the controls in space, or maybe seeing what the internal gravity does to aerobatics, in space.

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "in case anyone over there needs them, the barf bags are in the first compartment on the left ."

<ResRadio> Jason Briggs says, "you got barf bags too Ham? Might need them"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Banshee… if he doesn't stop, see if you can make him barf… Show him your moves you used in your auditions for the Blue Angels…."

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over at Heather and grins brightly. "Hmm…"

You go to Inner Planets.

Heather O'Leary frowns, "Darn, Mars is on the other side of the sun right now… Not going to get to see it…"

Visitor Squad Ship #567 arrives from Earth/Luna.

Jason Briggs looks out the back window and flips Ham the birdie Jason Briggs grins

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over to Heather and laughs. "we can probably go joyriding and see that some other night."

To the Squad Ship

Visitor Skyfighter #555 starts racing forward, rather quickly.

Martin Grace says, "Now I know what … oof … " As he leans back in the seat "…a bullet feels like."

Ham Tyler winces, and mutters, "Why am I doing this? I hate flying in these crates…."

Juliet Parrish closes her eyes, tilting her head back. "You know," she murmurs. "There's gotta be an easier way to do this."

Visitor Squad Ship #567 follows close behind, lagging only a little due to the larger nature and slower propulsion of the craft .

Michael Donovan chuckles mildly as he straightens the ship out a little, despite the fact that there really technically isn't a "straight" in space. He seems to be the only one enjoying things now.

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan chuckles softly, "I think I can see my house from here."

Juliet Parrish chuckles, grinning faintly as she looks over at Ham. "You know…wish I knew if they had a gravity switch on this tub, be interesting to see what that weightlessness of space feels like. Every girls' dream."

Martin Grace murmurs, "If you mean 'no drooping', that's every *guys'* dream, too."

Ham Tyler smirks, "Ask O'Leary… She knows these things pretty good…."

<ResRadio> Jason Briggs says, "you got barf bags too Ham? Might need them"

Martin Grace says, "Can I take that kid out back and slap him around like a red-headed stepchild when we get back?"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Banshee… if he doesn't stop, see if you can make him barf… Show him your moves you used in your auditions for the Blue Angels…."

Ham Tyler glances at Martin, "Be my guest…"

  • The Skyfighter*

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Too bad, not going to be the first humans to see Mars. He's around on the other side of the Solar system… but Saturn and Jupiter should be interesting…"

Heather O'Leary chuckles at Liz, and shrugs, "We could always tell Mike to flip that Green switch on the far left of his console … you know, the one to turn off gravity…. Might make Tyler lose his Dinner…"

Jason Briggs laughs and says, 'Ham would enjoy that"

Visitor Skyfighter #555 continues on slowly… well, just apparently to the other Craft… not to mention the planets. The Asteroid Belt approaches.

Elizabeth Maxwell laughs and shakes her head a little bit. "Be nice…" She watches the windows closely. "Admittedly, the idea of pranking people like that in space does sound like fun…"

Jason Briggs says, "This is where things get a bit rough"

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "If you want to try No-Gravity, flip the little green Switch on the far left of your control panel , Donovan… But watch out for the Asteroids, might want to either let me blow a corridor for you… or we can go 'above' them, or slalom through them…"

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "Hope Ham don't shit his pants going through the asteroid belt, say we fly through them"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Suggest avoiding them, really. A lot of them are too big and heavy to be blown through by the fighter's guns."

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "We might want to try one of the first two options, Heather. Tyler's looking a little too green for me to shake this crate around too much."

Jason Briggs laughs

Heather O'Leary glances at Jason, "You don't know Tyler well enough to complain so much…."

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "I'll blast you a corridor. Take too long to change directions and get clear of the Asteroids…."

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "No, but I am picturing it in my mind and it's funny"

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "reduce power a bit, let me move ahead…"

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "Reducing power. Show's all yours, Heather."

Visitor Skyfighter #555 moves forward, blue energy flashing forward of the Skyfighter. The skyfighter is a little more agile, so is able to blow a corridor twice as wide as the Squad Ship.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Should be clear, just stay right behind me."

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "Roger that."

Elizabeth Maxwell watches that, and grips her seat a little more tightly./

Jason Briggs says, "YEEEEHAWWWWW"

  • To the Squad Ship*

Martin Grace waits quietly, keeping a firm grip on Lucille.

<ResRadio> Michael Donovan says, "Roger that."

Visitor Squad Ship #567 :glides smoothly towards the nice little route that the skyfighter cleared for it, taking great care not to stray off course.

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "You should be clear. We are on a direct course for Pluto… The beacon on the Atlanta Mothership shows that it is Pluto orbit… Which is kind of an Oxymoron."

Juliet Parrish waits for the ride to be over. Wait wait wait.

The Skyfighter

Visitor Squad Ship #567 glides smoothly towards the nice little route that the skyfighter cleared for it, taking great care not to stray off course.

Jason Briggs asks Heather, "How's our course look so far?"

Heather O'Leary says softly, "We're fine…."

Jason Briggs says, "Good"

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "You should be clear. We are on a direct course for Pluto… The beacon on the Atlanta Mothership shows that it is Pluto orbit… Which is kind of an Oxymoron."

You go to Outer Planets.

Visitor Squad Ship #567 arrives from Inner Planets.

Heather O'Leary docks the Visitor Skyfighter #555 on Atlanta Mothership.

The Visitor Skyfighter #555 docks on board.

Visitor Squad Ship #567 has arrived.

Heather O'Leary releases the controls of Visitor Skyfighter #555.

Jason Briggs unbuckles his seatbelt

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "All right folks… Good Luck… Make sure the Dust starts going ASAP. We'll get Engineering, you guys get the Command Center…. Watch out for the three shock Troopers on the Main Hatch."

Elizabeth Maxwell sighs, unstrapping herself, and glaring at the collar, rolling her eyes. "Suppose I'll need it in Engineering, if they don't know what we're doing, yet…" She sticks it on. "Just in case."

Jason Briggs shuts his mouth

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, and slips the collar on her, her voice reverberates, "I hate these fucking things…"

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "you know, you could pass for one"

Heather O'Leary glares at Jason, than sighs, "That is the point…" She opens the hatch, and steps out into the dim light of the hangar.

Heather O'Leary has left.

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over at Jason. "shush."

Hangar - Atlanta Mothership

To the Squad Ship

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "All right folks… Good Luck… Make sure the Dust starts going ASAP. We'll get Engineering, you guys get the Command Center…. Watch out for the three shock Troopers on the Main Hatch."

Ham Tyler stands up, and gets his throat vocal adjuster on. His voice reverberates, "All right…." He pulls out a Laser Rifle, and heads for the hatch.

Juliet Parrish stands, unsteady for just a moment, before attaching her own vocal adjuster. "Let's do this," she responds, voice distorted as she smiles.

Michael Donovan checks his laser pistol quickly then puts it back in its holster, ready to draw it when the need arises. However, overseeing the release of the red dust is his immediate priority. "Get your masks at the ready, folks," he reminds his passengers.

Martin Grace says, "Uh …" as he adjusts his mask, "…you realize that the second I step outside, Lucille makes it clear why we're here, right?"

Ham Tyler taps the helmets resting on a rack, "Use them. Gives us the right look, and we aren't carrying gas masks… just as good though. 15 Minutes per cylinder, I have 5 in my bag." He picks up a black bag, and it has a Visitor sign, "If anyone asks Martin, we'll explain that it is a liberated Human weapon."

Martin Grace adjusts accordingly. Sighs. "Alright."

Juliet Parrish nods her head. "If they want more detail, well…" She shrugs, winking. "You can offer to show them how it works ?"

Michael Donovan smirks at that, "Should be educational and fun for the whole family."

Martin Grace says, "Your confidence overwhelms me."

Juliet Parrish chuckles, throwing Donovan a wink before she moves after Ham, towards the door out. "Come on, old man…you're holding up the show."

HANGAR

Heather O'Leary walks slowly towards the hatch, than remembers that she is carrying a Sheathed Katana. She shrugs, to herself , and will deal with it as needed. She pauses, and turns towards the Booth that overlooks the Hangar. Got to knock them out first. She opens the door inside, and smiles, "Afternoon, Diana sends her regards." With that, she pulls a pen from her uniform, and points it at the Visitor inside. From the end of the pen, a cloud of red dust emerges. Luckily the glass is darkened , and no one from the outside can see in. She slams the door shut, after making sure that Lizard is twitching and dying .

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Hangar Control secured…."

Jason Briggs stands at attention near the Skyfighter

Elizabeth Maxwell watches Heather, and waits for her silently, looking around for other guards who might get suspicious.

Ham Tyler has arrived.

Juliet Parrish has arrived.

Michael Donovan has arrived.

Ham Tyler says softly, just as he steps out, "Let's try to kill those Shock Troopers by the hatch… without using guns…"

Martin Grace has arrived.

Jason Briggs walks up to the hangar Control where Heather is at

Martin Grace steps out last, letting the mass of bodies in front of him conceal Lucille as much as possible, just in case. He follows along with the general pace of the group.

Jason Briggs stands outside the Hangar Control Room, searching for anything suspicious

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over to the group of guards, hmming very slightly and nodding. "don't forget gas masks when the dust is released more heavily, I don't want anyone coming out of this with problems from that now…"

Jason Briggs checks for his gas mask in his uniform and notices that he has it on him

Heather O'Leary glances at Elizabeth and motions her forward, and does the same to Briggs. She walks towards the three guards , and says, "We need your help. We had a coolant failure near Saturn… We have two injured crew members, could you help us get them to Medical?" As the Shock Troopers nods, she motions them towards the Skyfighter she piloted in. Which, while it places them on the monitors, also will have a lot of red clad individuals around. She waits, than as soon as they approach the group, she slams her right hand into the neck of the first Shock Trooper.

Jason Briggs walks over to Heather

Juliet Parrish barely glances over as Heather, vicious woman that she is, moves to take care of the three Troopers. She tilts her head to Ham, lifting her chin, in an indication to go.

Elizabeth Maxwell slips over right behind, nodding to Heather, and kicking one of the guards forward, then bringing her foot down quickly to the side, to kick his head and snap the neck.

Jason Briggs follows behind one of the other Shocktroopers and uses the butt of his pistol to knock the other one out cold.

Ham Tyler moves forward as Heather takes the second down, and mutters, "Glad we are not keeping score…" He pulls a silenced pistol from his uniform, and fires a round through the second Shock Troopers face. He than nods to Julie, leaving the third to one of the others. He quickly places the Pistol back under his uniform, and moves towards the hatch, carrying a box that looks like standard Visitor equipment, but it carries a lot of Firepower if needed.

Michael Donovan waves a group of other "technicians" who were along for the ride towards the contents of the squad ship, getting them all in position for when the dust is supposed to start flying fast and furious.

Jason Briggs grabbed the Shocktroopers neck that he knocked out cold and quickly twists it, hearing the snapping in his neck

Ham Tyler calls to Mike, "Gooder, let's move. Before they get an idea something is wrong…" To Heather he calls, "Get to Engineering!"

Martin Grace can't very well employ his bare hands, alas, without putting Lucille somewhere, so lets the others engage in the ultra-violence . And follows after.

Elizabeth Maxwell nods at Ham, and gestures to Heather and Briggs. "C'mon…"

Jason Briggs follows Elizabeth and Heather

Michael Donovan gives one final nod to the comrades he's leaving with the ship. Without further delay he hustles to keep pace with Tyler.

Juliet Parrish follows Ham, letting CIA-Boy take the lead. She's just along for the ride, and in case she has to save anyone's ass again. She's good at that.

Heather O'Leary nods to Ham, "Gotcha!" She motions her head toward the hatch, trusting Liz and Briggs to follow.

Jason Briggs follows closely behind Heather and Liz

Heather O'Leary moves to the Outer Corridor Ring .

Ham Tyler moves to the Outer Corridor Ring .

Juliet Parrish moves to the Outer Corridor Ring .

Jason Briggs moves to the Outer Corridor Ring .

Michael Donovan moves to the Outer Corridor Ring .

You go to Outer Corridor Ring.

Heather O'Leary glances around, and says "Crap…" She sees about 5 more Shock Troopers and 2 Security Officers standing just outside the Hangar. The first turns, "Hello. Welcome to the ahskc'savic Mothership." Must be the Visitor word for Mothership.

Jason Briggs watches

Ham Tyler glances at Julie, than Donovan, arching an eyebrow, silently asking if they want to do it noisy or softly.

Martin Grace arrives from Hangar.

Juliet Parrish shakes her head slightly, lifting her hand to her mouth in the earth signal for silence…one finger in front of her lips.

Elizabeth Maxwell slips up to Heather and the others, offering a smile to the trooper, and trying to be polite to them, switching to their language, and asking about how the main drive repairs have been going.

Jason Briggs listens in to the Conversation between Elizabeth and the trooper, pretending to understand it all

Heather O'Leary nods, and sighs. She was going to let Martin use Lucille on the 7 Visitors, but nods once to Julie.

Ham Tyler smirks at Julie's response, and than moves forward, ignoring the chat, leading his group on. Let Heather, Liz and Briggs deal with the Guards.

Ham Tyler moves to the Inner Corridor Ring .

Martin Grace moves to the Inner Corridor Ring .

Elizabeth Maxwell keeps trying to be conversational, then motions to Heather to get something to take them out with, behind her back.

Juliet Parrish moves to the Inner Corridor Ring .

Michael Donovan moves to the Inner Corridor Ring .

Inner RING

"Let's not waste anytime," Julie's altered voice instructs as she picks up her own pace just a little, a creepy sensation running up the back of her spine.

A Buzzing Alarm starts going off, "Intruders in the Landing Bay!"

Ham Tyler glances up and curses, "Martin, clear the road… Get us to the Command Center!"

Martin Grace starts to move, double-time, to the front of the line, and begins to hose down the corridor, moving at a trotting pace to push forward as Lucille begins to spit hot metal.

Ham Tyler moves right behind Martin, covering his back at every side tunnel they come to, he fires a few Laser blasts down.

Michael Donovan takes a deep breath. "Don't you just love it when a plan comes together?" Quietly, he makes a mental note to thank God for Lucille and the man that fires her as he draws his own pistol, ready to mop up whatever might slip by Martin and Ham.

Juliet Parrish follows along, her own weapon, a Visitor side arm, in hand as she continues to keep pace with the group. "This is not what I wanted." she mutters.

The sound of Heavy Human Weapons can be heard along with the Intruder Alert, and some Laser Blasts. The air starts to smell slightly like Oregano.

Ham Tyler points to a set of doors that are closing, "There is the command center." She pushes past Martin, to slap a charge on the controls. He pulls back and says, "Better get down."

OUTER Ring

Heather O'Leary smirks, and sighs. In Gaelic she mutters, "Like I have something that will kill 7 Visitors…." Wait just a second , she moves like she is going to follow Ham, but she stops as she is behind them. She pulls out a package of Dust.

Luckily the Shock Troopers are lackadaisical, and have their helmets off. She tosses the pack into the air, hard. It hits the ceiling and bursts open. Red Dust rains down on the Visitors. The Visitors start twitching and coughing…

Jason Briggs covers the troopers making sure they die

Elizabeth Maxwell covers her nose and mouth, with her gas mask.

Jason Briggs watches the visitor troopers and makes sure none hit the panic button

A Buzzing Alarm starts going off, "Intruders in the Landing Bay!"

Heather O'Leary curses, and pulls out her Katana in one hand, and a Laser Sidearm in the other, "Let's get to Engineering." She rips the Collar off, and stuffs it in her pocket, no more need for those damned itchy things…

Jason Briggs says, "damn"

Elizabeth Maxwell growls very softly and mutters several swear words, pulling her rifle off and ripping the collar off herself, and her uniform, sticking the collar into a pocket of her shorts. "C'mon…"

Jason Briggs pulls out his Glock 20 from his uniform

Jason Briggs follows Heather and Elizabeth

Heather O'Leary runs right for the inner corridor, firing a laser blast at a technician that pops it head out a door, than swings the katana, beheading another technician, before blasting the locking mechanism and the door slams shut. One corridor sealed . "Let's move."

Elizabeth Maxwell motions down the hall towards engineering. "If we can catch engineering quickly, I can probably get us security, and override every door on the ship."

Jason Briggs says, "What are we waiting for, I am ready"

Elizabeth Maxwell sticks her gas mask on, with the uniform off. "Better put gas masks on, the dust is more spread by now, you can be sure."

Jason Briggs says, "I don't feel like bein' an entree"

The sound of Heavy Human Weapons can be heard along with the Intruder Alert, and some Laser Blasts. The air starts to smell slightly like Oregano.

Jason Briggs slips on his gas mask and tightens the straps making it air tight

Command Center

Martin Grace can, between chitter-chattering bursts of fire, be heard humming and 'doot-doot'ing something that sounds vaguely classic rock-ish. It would be almost macho if he could carry a tune, which he cannot, alas. When the call to drop is given , he spins back to one side, covering the group's back for a few while waiting for the charge to blow.

Juliet Parrish doesn't give herself time to think about the lack of finesse this mission was executed with, and making a mental note to give Heather a dressing down for not being sure in her bloodthirsty hurry that her victims were no longer a threat . She crouches, back against a wall.

Michael Donovan flattens himself against the bulkhead, making darn certain he's clear of whatever flashy, boomy, shrapnely goodness Ham's explosive might have to offer.

"3….2…..1….." counts Ham, and than he ducks his head, and KA-Boom, the control box is blown, and the door to the Command Center slips open. It wasn't Heather's fault the Dust isn't instantaneous, one of the Dusted Visitors got to the Panic Button.

Ham Tyler straightens up, as the air seems to start turning red. He smiles through his helmet, "The dust is here… should start in the command center briefly… we might not have to fire another shot."

Martin Grace says, "Want me to be switching to shotgun, just in case?" He looks ready to let Lucille sling loose, hot barrel and all, if necessary. "I'd rather not, but it's your call."

Ham Tyler looks thoughtful, "We can't afford to shoot up the Control Center. How about you stay right outside, cover us with Lucille, from the Lizards that will head this way…"

Martin Grace, who is still facing the rear from the avoidance of shrapnel, nods. "Go, then. Make it quick. This ain't no video game, and I won't get a chance to drop another quarter in for a game-over."

"Yell if you need help," Juliet instructs as she stands, and moves to head towards the blown out door, Visitor laser in hand …hopefully she doesn't miss often, and damages nothing.

Michael Donovan slaps Martin on the shoulder as he follows Ham and Julie towards the bridge proper. "We've got it covered, big guy. We're more than halfway home already."

Ham Tyler pats Martin on the shoulder, "Just make them keep their heads down bud… They have 5 minutes of air in their helmets …" He sets down a couple spare canisters for Martin, than dashes into the Command Center. He looks around for the Lizard with 4 or 5 stripes. Not here, "Damn." He shoots the 3 stripper, and than starts picking off each one as he gets the chance, of course, with 10 or so in here, Mike and Julie should have plenty of work too.

Martin Grace begins what is, despite his disclaimer, wave two of the video game, setting the pig iron a'chatterin' at any guards that make their way into the corridor.

It's not precisely difficult to see who's stills standing that needs to be shot, and Julie moves to make as quick work of them as possible, along with Donovan and Tyler.

Michael Donovan likewise joins in the duck-shoot that the taking over of the bridge has devolved into. He does his best to make each shot count, striving to hit lizard instead of control panels, as the last thing he wants is to be stuck in the outer fringes of his solar system for the rest of his life.

Ham Tyler looks around, "Seems they are dead folks…. Someone find out where O'Leary is…" He moves to a console, and checks out the Security Monitors. "We have the hangar… a direct line to the Command Center.." He calls out, "Grace, get in here , and change covering fire to only shooting when you have a good target."

Martin Grace fires off a few more salvos, then ducks hard and fast, in a short burst, into the control center. "You realize that's not easy with an M60, right?"

Ham Tyler moves to the door, and nods slightly, "I'll try to help you… We should have control as soon as someone who can fly this things gets up here…"

Juliet Parrish chuckles, and turns, unholstering her second side arm to toss it towards Grace, the safety still on. A Cold pistol . "Here, that might help."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "We've got computer control. Comms are jammed, and weapons and engines are ours."

Martin Grace watches the gun hit the floor since letting go of a heavy, bulky weapon with a red-hot barrel falls under the 'bad idea' category. "Doc, if I put down Lucille, I got a shotgun, but thanks. I'll kick it back in a sec."

Outer Ring

Heather O'Leary is too busy keeping everyone from getting shot at to remove her uniform. She does have the gold helmet/Gas mask combo on though.

Heather O'Leary moves to the Inner Corridor Ring .

You go to Inner Corridor Ring.

Jason Briggs arrives from Outer Corridor Ring.

Jason Briggs looks down the corridors, checking to see if they are all clear

Elizabeth Maxwell holds up a laser rifle by this point, watching down all the corridors, and breathing heavily through her mask , looking hither and yon for any trouble, as she moves down the corridor for Engineering.

In front of the Secure Door to Engineering is a group of 5 Visitor Security creeps.

Jason Briggs says to Elizabeth, "Can you distract them?" Jason Briggs says, "I have a plan."

Heather O'Leary arches an eyebrow at Briggs, as the Visitors start coming forward, seeing one of their own with a human sword in hand, "Need Assistance, Captain?" they ask Heather.

Jason Briggs says to Heather and Elizabeth, "How about Elizabeth approach the 5 guards and tell them that they are needed in the landing bay as they have the Humans trapped there, and then once the guards leave, we can move"

Elizabeth Maxwell shakes her head at Briggs, then watches them come forward for Heather, clutching her rifle tightly.

Jason Briggs puts his hands behind his back, hiding his pistol

Heather O'Leary shrugs, and responds sweetly, but without the Visitor Reverb, "Sure, you can die." She drops to her knee, swinging her left leg around, to drop the first Visitor to his back, slashing her katana down on the Visitor's neck, to slit his throat. 1 down, 4 to go.

Jason Briggs pulls out his pistol from his back and shoots the second guard in the neck

Jason Briggs says, "2 down, 3 to go"

Elizabeth Maxwell fires the rifle point blank at one, then swings it around trying to club another one with it, quickly. The second one blocks, and it becomes a hard struggle for the weapon, before she sighs, and does the one thing she hates, her mouth opening and the tongue lashing out, and a spray of venom hitting the guard right in the eyes. She pulls back after that, opening fire. "Two more down…"

Jason Briggs rushes the 4th guard and slams the palm of his hand up his nose, thinking it will kill him instantly

Luckily for Jason, Heather is in the Zone tonight. She slams the sword through his nose missing Visitor's Head. Ear hole to Ear Hole.

Jason Briggs puts his pistol up to his head, knocking off the helmet and then pointing it at his head and pulling the trigger, blood and brains splatter all over him.

Elizabeth Maxwell turns away while the others are dealing with the last one, spitting out several times, trying to get the taste of her previous action out of her mouth.

Jason Briggs moves down to the door of engineering and looks down the corridors and makes sure it is clear of any troopers

The air seems to get thicker and seems to take on a reddish hue.

Heather O'Leary takes a couple deep breaths, trying to keep battle rage from taking over her brain, "Liz'beth…"

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over and nods. "yeah…" She heads for engineering. "Lets go."

Jason Briggs opens the door Jason Briggs says, "Ladies first"

Heather O'Leary moves to the Main Engineering .

Elizabeth Maxwell steps over to the door, and checks it, to make sure it's not booby trapped, then nods.

You go to Main Engineering.

Jason Briggs arrives from Inner Corridor Ring.

Jason Briggs closes and locks the door behind him Jason Briggs says to Elizabeth, "Can you get a complete seal on the Engineering door, don't wanna take any chances in case a squad comes in, we need all the time we can buy"

Heather O'Leary holds her leg wound briefly, than straightens up. to Jason and Liz she says, "No Lasers or Firearms… Things in here likely won't react well to getting blasted." She holsters her Laser, and takes a double hand hold on her Katana.

Jason Briggs puts his firearm back in his uniform

Elizabeth Maxwell nods a little bit. "Most things in here won't react too well to bullets, for certain." She walks over to a console , trying to get in to override the intruder alerts, and gain system control.

Jason Briggs puts his head up to the door and listens with his right ear, waiting to hear any troopers trying walk by the door

Heather O'Leary moves around the Engineering section. She seems to be not in the mood to deal with surrender. Her blade is dripping green blood when she comes back, breathlessly she says, "Nothing alive in her but us…"

Jason Briggs says, "So far so good guys."

Elizabeth Maxwell swears softly. "I've got the ventilation system jammed open, the dust will get them, I'm still trying to get comms and weapon/engine control…" She keeps typing things into the computer. "I'm still working on it, though…"

Heather O'Leary walks to the console, and slaps it once. "Repair procedure #1…" She than pushes a few buttons herself, trying to help Liz.

Elizabeth Maxwell growls very softly. "And here, I've been trying to get it all the hard way." She rolls her eyes. "Anyway, we've got system control. Jamming comms, and cutting off engines and weapons."

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, "Let Tyler and the rest know…"

Jason Briggs says, "you want me to radio them?"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "We've got computer control. Comms are jammed, and weapons and engines are ours."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "the ventilation system is jammed open, it should get any of em left over in the next few minutes ."

COMMAND CENTER

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "the ventilation system is jammed open, it should get any of em left over in the next few minutes ."

Juliet Parrish shakes her head. "Keep it, you may need it in the end. I have my own." She never goes with less than three guns . "Shotgun is great, but you get more shots out of that baby."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Monitoring the outside of the ship now, /this/ time we won't have any fighters escaping …"

Martin Grace says, "Anybody mind me asking what the final plan is? What're we going to *do* with this thing?"

Ham Tyler shrugs, "This was Elizabeth's plan… We'll find out when she gets back…"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Good… Elizabeth, how long 'til you can program something that the Snake's can not get through, so you and O'Leary can come up here and get this crate under our full control? Command Center is clear."

Michael Donovan shrugs right back, "For a plan that didn't have a chance in hell of working, I'm surprised we've gotten this far."

Ham Tyler nods slightly, "We aren't dead…." He shrugs, "I think I heard something about getting the Tech for ourselves, and the Hull and Command Center, along with the Engines, go to the Government, in exchange for unlimited supplies. Forsythe got that in writing for us.

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Monitoring life sign readings now…"

<ResRadio> Juliet Parrish says, "Liz…do me a favor."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "they should all be dead soon enough."

Martin Grace nods, but clearly has no comment in response.

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Yes, Doctor?"

<ResRadio> Juliet Parrish says, "Watch your mouth."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell laughs. "c'mon, Julie, lighten up. We got it, and didn't come within around 2 seconds of losing the entire world for it, this time."

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Ham, I'll be up…. there soon… As soon as we get a… team here to… watch out for…. Liz'beth."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "or slightly less than two seconds. I've got things under control here. Checking for life readings again…"

<ResRadio> Juliet Parrish says, "What's wrong, O'Leary? You don't sound so good."

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "Just that Leg wound, Doc."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "I'm still getting about 5 life signs that aren't ours…"

<ResRadio> Heather O'Leary says, "5? Where? We better get…. them…"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "one's in the command quarters, others are… hrm. Scattered about the ship, a couple are around some of the engineering auxiliary conduits…"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Elizabeth, get in contact with our folks spraying the dust. Tell them to stop, and send them for those Life Signs."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Acknowledged…"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "teams en route, they should be dealt with in moments. Except for that one. It stands to figure that the one who runs the ship, in a military like this, has an override for his own door lock so it can't be popped from anywhere but inside."

Ham Tyler sighs softly, "The dust left 5, out of 500 hundred or so alive…" He looks thoughtful, "That seems to say 1 in 100 are immune…"

Michael Donovan frowns at that. "Either that or they're damn lucky…"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "We'll get through it, if we have to blow the door off… You guys be careful, in case there is a spot they could hide, and not be spotted on the sensors."

Ham Tyler nods slightly, "Back at the end of the first time, we think we had it narrowed down to 1 out of every 1000 or so."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "I'll see if I can get around the bypass from here…"

Juliet Parrish shakes her head slightly. "Immune, lucky, or have some sort of extra air supply." she points out. She looks between the two. "Perhaps they've developed immunities since then…?"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "teams are reporting back, one wounded in the sweep, the last one is the one in the CO quarters ."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "any objection to my going down with a team and seeing about the last one?"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "engineering is being locked down completely now."

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "No you won't Elizabeth. Get yourself and our other pilot up here to see about keeping us in orbit . I don't want to be the first Human on Pluto."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "acknowledged."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Air filtration set to maximum, the dust should be gone shortly."

Ham Tyler looks over at Julie, "How ya doing Doc?" Ham Tyler looks himself over, to make sure he didn't catch any laser fire, now that the adrenaline wears off. Phew, no hits.

Juliet Parrish shrugs faintly, her pistol deposited back in her holster. "Fine, Ham…same as everyone else." She smiles faintly , looking towards Donovan, and then back to Ham. She tilts her head inquisitively at him.

ENGINEERING

Elizabeth Maxwell suddenly remembers something, and turns on the weapon scanners. "Checking for any attempted escape vehicles …"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Monitoring the outside of the ship now, /this/ time we won't have any fighters escaping …"

Jason Briggs says, 'We could close off the landing bay and seal the Hangar doors"

Elizabeth Maxwell nods. "Doing so…" she starts typing on another keypad.

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Good… Elizabeth, how long 'til you can program something that the Snake's can not get through, so you and O'Leary can come up here and get this crate under our full control? Command Center is clear."

Heather O'Leary leans against the bulkhead, head hanging between her knees. "I hate this crap…." she says softly. She hates fighting like this, but she is pretty good at it.

Jason Briggs says, "Can you program doors and corridors to stay open to a path to the Command Center, it would be easier"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Monitoring life sign readings now…"

<ResRadio> Juliet Parrish says, "Liz…do me a favor."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "they should all be dead soon enough." <ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Yes, Doctor?"

Jason Briggs says to Heather, "I will stay here with Liz, you go help Ham and the others"

Where? We better get…. them…"

Heather O'Leary says softly, "Liz'beth? You got it here… I need to get to the Command Center…."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "one's in the command quarters, others are… hrm. Scattered about the ship, a couple are around some of the engineering auxiliary conduits…"

Elizabeth Maxwell nods a little. "I'll transfer complete control to there, we can lock here down."

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "Elizabeth, get in contact with our folks spraying the dust. Tell them to stop, and send them for those Life Signs."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Acknowledged…"

Jason Briggs prepares to move again

Heather O'Leary winces as she stands up, "Sounds good… Make it quick though, eh? I need to sit down…" Luckily, no one can notice the blood, when her uniform is red already…. or at least, they are a lot less likely.

Jason Briggs asks Heather, "You want some help?"

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "teams en route, they should be dealt with in moments. Except for that one. It stands to figure that the one who runs the ship, in a military like this, has an override for his own door lock so it can't be popped from anywhere but inside."

Heather O'Leary shakes her head, "You keep an eye on the corridors as we move…."

Elizabeth Maxwell glances over. "I'll keep an eye on them till the security parties have gotten all 4 of the ones loose."

Jason Briggs says, "ok"

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "We'll get through it, if we have to blow the door off… You guys be careful, in case there is a spot they could hide, and not be spotted on the sensors."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "I'll see if I can get around the bypass from here…"

<O-Resistance-OOC> Ham Tyler says, "Oh, you can get to sleep, we'll be here for at least all of tomorrow…"

<A few minutes later>

Heather O'Leary says softly, "Lock it down in here than…."

<ResRadio> Ham Tyler says, "No you won't Elizabeth. Get yourself and our other pilot up here to see about keeping us in orbit . I don't want to be the first Human on Pluto."

Elizabeth Maxwell nods, tapping in, and starting to radio for a team to come. "A team can monitor the one screen lit, to say if that one moves."

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "acknowledged."

Elizabeth Maxwell taps the final sequence in. "Locked down."

Heather O'Leary has her helmet off, so doesn't hear the radio right now, "Can't breath in that thing… out of air…"

Elizabeth Maxwell sighs. "Almost forgot…" She reactivates a console a moment, and keys in another system, before locking it.

<ResRadio> Elizabeth Maxwell says, "Air filtration set to maximum, the dust should be gone shortly."

Elizabeth Maxwell steps for the entrance. "Lets go, honey…"

Heather O'Leary nods and moves towards the hatch, wincing as she places weight on her leg. She limps along after Elizabeth.

Elizabeth Maxwell sighs, slipping back to wrap an arm around Heather, and help her take weight off the leg. "I'll help you there …"

Heather O'Leary nods slightly

<Onward to the Bridge>

Heather O'Leary limps in, with part of her weight on Elizabeth's shoulders. She moves over to where the main controls are, and slips into the chair, after pushing a dead lizard out of her way.

Heather O'Leary takes control of Atlanta Mothership.

Elizabeth Maxwell slips into the command center with an arm wrapped around Heather, guiding her to the main console and smiling . "I'd kiss you right now, but after what happened in the second corridor, I need to rinse my mouth out at least, first ."

Ham Tyler mutters, "Keep it casual you two." He moves over to Julie, and says softly, "Let's wait till we have this thing on its way back home… We still have a few issues to work out, out here…"

Juliet Parrish sighs softly to Ham, shaking her head. "The longer we put it off, t he more impossible it will be…who knows if Bates has already agreed to hand me over."

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, and says softly to Liz, "Can you translate? I know that is the vector controls… is that thrust ?" She points to something, "And what is that, and that?"

Ham Tyler nods very slightly, "If he has, you can send him your resignation. Tomorrow… We'll talk to him tomorrow. We'll be taking it slow going back, I gather. Seems like the Hull took some damage too… At least, that is what it looked like when we flew in…"

Elizabeth Maxwell laughs a little. "Well, when she has the controls, I can't make sure of what's going to happen." she leans over and taps controls. "This one's thrust…" She taps several others over Heather's shoulder. "We need to vector away from the planet, we can sit out somewhere away from orbit, and I can probably label up everything…" she rolls her eyes.

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, "Labels would be good…" She smiles, "OK Folks… here is my first time flying a city…." She touches the vector controls, and plots a course away from Pluto, and on a slow, 1/4 light speed pace. Might take a day or two to get back, if they don't speed up.

Elizabeth Maxwell takes her gas mask off, as well.

Juliet Parrish nods slightly, and sighs. "I guess I'm going to find me somewhere to sleep. It's been…a long day."

Heather O'Leary nods, "All the Barracks on the Outer Ring were empty when we went by…."

Ham Tyler nods, "I'll make sure no one ambushes you, and find someplace myself…"

Elizabeth Maxwell sits onto the console next to Heather's, and starts typing in quickly. "hmm…" She smiles a little. "I can set the course up to automatically fly us in… we'll need to approach 'downward' to the north pole, and fly south from there, for minimum detection time. essentially staying away from any area that isn't dust covered on approach."

Heather O'Leary nods slightly, "We also have to get through the Asteroid Belt. We can go over or under it…" She shrugs, "I think I want to go on Manual for awhile… Until I get the hang of it…. I don't want to go into the Atmosphere without having a little experience with the thing."
